Abby is a professional director with over 10 years’ governance experience, including publicly listed and Crown companies. With qualifications in both law and accounting, Abby's career has covered both disciplines, focusing on corporate finance, treasury and commercial transactions. Abby currently serves on the boards of TVNZ, Sanford Limited, Freightways Limited and Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa. Abby’s previous governance roles include Transpower New Zealand, Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) and the New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA).
Mark is a professional director with experience in listed and early-stage growth companies and institutional investment funds, following 20 years’ international experience in investment banking. Mark is the Chair of Milford Asset Management and SIL/MFL Superannuation Funds, and a director of Chorus, Argosy Property, and other private companies in which he is an investor.
Mark is a professional director with extensive experience in the fuels industry and senior executive leadership across sectors such as construction and infrastructure both locally and internationally. Mark is currently CEO at Steel & Tube and previous roles included director at Waitomo, Managing Director at Mobil Oil NZ, director at NZ Refining Company, Group Executive Strategy & Corporate Development with Fulton Hogan, and Chief Executive of Fletcher Building’s Infrastructure Products division.
Blair is a professional director and chair with experience in governance and senior executive leadership across multiple sectors locally and internationally. This includes 25 years’ experience in the fuels, automotive products, transport and energy sectors.
Previous executive roles included Vice President at BP plc, and Chief Executive of CentrePort, a major New Zealand transport and logistics company. He has a portfolio of commercial interests and directorships.
Julia is a professional director with 26 years’ experience in customer experience, innovation, technology, business transformation, and strategic planning. She was the Chief Information Officer at Air New Zealand for eight years, and has held management positions in local government, telecommunications, and notfor-profit organisations. Julia is a director of TVNZ, The Warehouse Group, Jade Software, and Southern Cross Health Society.
Stephen is a professional director and mechanical engineer with experience in engineering-related industries, large infrastructure, and workplace health and safety. He holds several directorships, including Steel and Tube Holdings, Waste Disposal Services, Broome International Airport Group, Yachting NZ, Lincoln University/AgResearch Joint Facility GP, and WorkSafe New Zealand.
